This is listed for correction of a typographical error which has been crept up in the order dated 8.12.2023.

It is noticed that in the said order inadvertently the names of the opposite parties has been typed as 'Manas Chandra Das & Ors' in place of name 'Makhan Chandra Das & Ors.'

This mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly.
