1. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Misc. Case 61 of 2025 filed for restoration of Title Appeal No. 45 of 2023 before the learned Additional District & Session Judge, Fast Track Court at Serampore.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners' submits that as the Title Appeal No. 45 of 2023 filed by the petitioners was dismissed for default on appearance therefore Misc. Case No. 61 of 2025 has been filed for restoration thereof which is pending.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of

by requesting the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court at Serampore to dispose of Misc. Case 61 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. With the above observations, CO. 945 of 2026 stands disposed of.
