1. Ms. Dhanya K. P., Associate Vice President, SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is present online.

2. It has been submitted that the petitioner would be entitled to take refund of the amount in the discontinuance fund that will be credited in her account along with interest on expiry of the lock in period i.e. 29th December, 2026. The petitioner is agreeable to the same.

3. On expiry of the lock in period, the petitioner shall be intimated the formalities to be complied with for obtaining withdrawal of the amount. On compliance of all necessary formalities the money shall be refunded to the petitioner.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
