Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned counsel appearing for the State, has placed a report dated 12-11-2020 of the Special Superintendent of Police (Special), CID, West Bengal. The report is taken on record. It is submitted that the victim has been recovered and statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been recorded.

Recording the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties to proceed in any jurisdiction, if any.
