The petitioner submits that though he resigned from his service from the respondent no.2 company on 21st June, 2019 and though the company by issuing a letter of the same date intimated him that his dues would be settled as expeditiously as possible, but, till date, his retiral dues has not been paid by the company. Today, learned advocate appearing for the company submits that certain documents are required to be signed by the petitioner without which they cannot process the payment towards retiral dues.

After hearing the submissions made by the learned advocates for the parties, I direct the respondent no.2 company to file one affidavit by ten days from date with a copy upon the petitioner disclosing therein specifically what are the documents he has to sign for processing his retiral dues.

On the next date of hearing, the respondent no.2 will hand over all such papers to the petitioner in Court and it is to be signed and filled up in the course of the day by the petitioner and the same will be handed over to the learned advocate of the respondent no.2 or any of the authorised representative of the respondent no.2 for which proper receipt shall be given by the said respondent. The matter is adjourned till 16th March, 2021 when it will appear in the list under the same heading for further hearing.
