The Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District has filed a report dated 28th April, 2022 indicating that steps would be taken to protect the petitioner in case of any threat.

It appears from the said report that proceedings under Sections 107 and 116(c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been initiated.

This Court is of the view that sufficient steps have been taken in respect of the complaint of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
