The present revisional application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging order dated 21.1.2015 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge at Baraipur, 24-Parganas(South).

The brief fact of the case is that the petitioner prayed for modification of the bail order imposing condition of local surety. The said prayer was rejected by the court. Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned order but the petitioner preferred the preferred the present revisional application.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly along with Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the State submits status report dated 19.7.2022. The status report is taken on record. She submits that the petitioner has misused her liberty of bail, due to which WPA has been issued against her.

It appears from the order-sheet annexed to the application that the petitioner made prayer for modification of the bail order which was turned down by the trial court on the

ground of previsous rejections and hence such order passed by the trial Court does not call for interference. Accordingly, the present criminal revisional application is dismissed.

All connected applications also stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
