Ms. Paulomi Banerjee ....For the Petitioner This instant revisional application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioner/wife for quashing of the proceeding directed against an order dated 7th January, 2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Hooghly in Criminal Appeal No.100015 of 2014 after setting aside the order dated 17th July, 2014 passed by the learned Magistrate, 3rd Court, Hooghly Sadar in M.C. Case No.100 of 2014. Ms. Paulomi Banerjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner through virtual mode submits that her client is not willing to proceed with this matter. She is the advocate on record in this case and presently the child has attained majority and also the petitioner is getting Rs.6,000/- as maintenance.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considered the prayer. The prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
