Mr. Soumitra Mukherjee .....For the State On earlier three occasions, that is, on December 16, 2020, January 15, 2021 and January 22, 2021 none appeared for the petitioner to press the writ petition. In the order dated January 22, 2021 it was recorded that if the petitioner remains unrepresented today, it shall be presumed that he is not interested to proceed with the writ petition.

In view of the above recording and when the petitioner remains unpresented even today, it appears that he is not interested to proceed with the writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 3983 of 2020 stands dismissed. Interim order passed, if any, stands vacated. ( Ashis Kumar Chakraborty, J. )
