Obaidullah Mr. Nikhil Kumar Roy .......for the ECL By an order dated July 27, 2023, this Court disposed of WPA 4008 of 29018. On the 7th page of the order, 5th line from the bottom, this Court directed MMCC to be paid to the petitioner with effect from September 10, 2023. Inadvertently, it has been recorded as September 10, 2022.

Let such inadvertent typographical mistake be corrected. The date from which the petitioner will be entitled to get MMCC for the present period will read as September 10, 2023.

Let this order be incorporated in the order dated July 27, 2023.
