The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'

for correction of a typographical error that has inadvertently crept up in the order dated 23rd February, 2021.

In the last paragraph of the said order, the case number shall be read as WPA 3993 of 2019 in place and instead of WPA 3993 of 1991.

The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
