It appears from the report that notice issued to the petitioner as well as opposite party have been served upon the complainant, Amit Suhasaria and the accused, Tapan Kumar Ghorai. It also appears that the case was fixed for evidence on 01.08.2012 the next date is 25.02.2022. The report is taken on record.

Due to non-appearance of the petitioner and opposite party, the revisional application is dismissed for default. Related applications also stand disposed of.
