There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection in favour of the petitioner.

State initiated proceedings for proclamation and attachment. Court is informed that the case is fixed for recording evidence of the prosecution before the jurisdictional Court. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
