Despite specific notice dated 3rd March, 2021, the respondents are not represented and the same is kept with the record.

The petitioners participated in the process of recruitment to the post of Auxiliary Fire Operator in Murshidabad District.

The petitioners were unsuccessful in the process of recruitment and have alleged diverse improprieties in the said recruitment process.

At this stage, Mr. Amal Baran Chatterjee, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that his clients would be satisfied with the consideration of his clients' representation. In those circumstances, the respondent no.2 may consider the representation of the petitioners, if made, within the period of seven days from date in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of two months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
