Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been filed, police authorities of Onda Police Station have taken steps.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Onda Police Station Case No.66 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 has been registered for investigation. In view of the steps taken by the police authorities, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Police authorities will take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion by putting in efforts.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5085 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
