The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Hirarampur State Plan Primary School, a school under the D.P.S.C., Purba Medinipur, the respondent no. 5 herein.

The petitioner is praying general transfer on the distance ground and she is a surplus teacher of her school.

The representation of the petitioner to the said effect is pending consideration before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, the respondent no.4 herein, the said representation dated

February 15, 2025 forms part of the writ petition, being Annexure 'P-5'.

The respondent no.4 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law.

WPA 5089 of 2025 is disposed with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
