Mr.

Pinaki Ranjan Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the respondent/landlord submits that there has been inordinate delay caused in the disposal of the appeal, and till date as many as 37 adjournments have already been granted.

It is also contended by Mr. Mitra that the direction passed by this Court in C.O. No.4032 of 2018 has not been complied with.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

heard analogously with Title Appeal No.23 of 2017, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of pending appeal, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

While endeavouring such exercise, the court below may proceed with the disposal of this appeal in a best possible manner, if necessary giving day to day hearing in a consecutive manner, upon sensing the message already conveyed in C.O.4032 of 2018.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite parties and opposite parties as well. With this direction and observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
