The name of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Union of India shall read as "Mr. Pramod Kumar Drolia" instead and in place of "Mr. Promod Kumar Protic".

The order dated 19th September, 2025 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 19th September, 2025.
