Petitioner seeks cancellation of an order granting bail to an accused by the order dated February 4, 2022.

The learned judge granting the order of bail, took into consideration the fact that the accused complied with the provisions of Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The complaint in respect of the police case involves immovable property. In response to a query of the Court, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no civil suit pending in respect of the immovable property concerned. We are unable to return a finding that the learned judge granting the order of bail committed any irregularity in doing so. No ground for cancellation is made out.
