2. An application for recalling the order dated 14th May, 2025 has been filed by the petitioners.

3. I have perused the application for restoration and being satisfied with the grounds mentioned in the application, recall the order dated 14th May, 2025. Let the writ petition be restored to its original file and number.

4. The application being CAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. In Re:- WPA 5092 of 2025

1. The petitioners pray for consideration of the representation seeking recognition of their Association in accordance with law.

2. As it appears that the prayer of the petitioners is pending consideration before the authority, accordingly, the

instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 or any competent authority to take a decision on the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioners immediately thereafter.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the representation seeking consideration along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
