Petitioner submits that since there was a grievance, he addressed the Officer-in-Charge, Sankrail Police Station, subsequently, the inconveniences faced by the petitioner has been addressed and, as such, the petitioner do not intend to proceed with the present writ petition.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.5 is present.

In view of the submissions made by the petitioner, WPA 5054 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed.
