Mr. Sakti Pada Jana Ms. Sudipta Pramanik ...for the Petitioner Ms. Sumita Shaw Mr. Soumen Chatterjee ...for the State Pursuant to the order dated 17th March, 2025 it is submitted that prayer of the petitioner for sanction of postgraduate scale of pay has been disposed of vide order dated 28th March, 2025 passed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purulia.

A report dated 3rd April, 2025 is placed before this Court prepared by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purulia enclosing decision of the District Inspector of Schools dated 28th March, 2025 and same is taken on record. It appears on perusal of the order dated 28th March, 2025 passed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purulia prayer of the petitioner for sanctioning postgraduate scale of pay has not been allowed.

The present writ petition stands disposed of thereby granting leave to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 28th March, 2025.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
