1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the judgment dated 10th September, 2024.

2. In paragraph 7 at page 3 of judgment dated 10th September, 2024, the words 'Under such circumstances, we find no merit in the impugned order.' be read as 'Under such circumstances, we find no merit in the appeal.'

3. Other portions of the judgment shall remain the same.

4. Department shall make necessary corrections in the judgment and corrected certified copy of the judgment be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
