This case is pending since 2017. The instant revisional application filed against the order dated 2nd January, 2017 passed by 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata in case No. CS 124667 of 2016 thereby the learned Magistrate issued the summons upon the accused persons under Section 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code after taking examination of witnesses under Section 200 Cr.P.C. and satisfying the prima facie case against the accused persons.

Accordingly, let the case be dismissed for default. Consequently CRAN 2 0f 2017 (Old CRAN No.5032 of 2017) is also disposed of.

Interim order , if any stand vacated.
