Mr. Ekramul Bari Ms. Tanuja Basak ... for the petitioner By this writ petition, the writ petitioner sought for a direction upon the respondents to assess the answer script of the petitioner afresh and to declare the petitioner as qualified for the second phase examination for the post of assistant teacher in Pure Science (Pass) under O.B.C-A Category.

The petitioner participated in the selection process undertaken to fill up the post in 2012. I am of the view with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
