The application for cancellation of bail was preferred in the year 2022. Although there were contest till 25.07.2022, but thereafter there was no participation of the present petitioner when the matter was fixed on 11.05.2023. Having considered that the order of bail which has been challenged is dated 20.01.2022 and more than four years have passed in the meantime, I direct that if there are supervening circumstances, petitioner be better advised to approach the jurisdictional court.

So far as the merits of application for cancellation of bail is concerned, I am of the opinion that the same need not be interfered with.

With the aforesaid observations, the application for cancellation of bail being CRM (DB) 781 of 2022 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
