Affidavit-in-opposition and affidavit-in-reply filed in Court are taken on record.

It appears that in respect of FIR No. 216 of 2020 filed by the Bagnan Police Station, investigation has been completed and FRF No. 388 of 2021 has been filed.

The police are of the view that the complaint itself is false and fabricated. Prosecution under Section 211 of the IPC has been sought against the writ petitioner.

The petitioner has filed a naraji petition against the final report of the police. The said matter is pending consideration before the ACJM, Uluberia. In the aforesaid circumstances, the ACJM, Uluberia shall dispose of the petitioner's application

and the report of the police, within a period of 3 months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5757 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
