The revisional application has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C. assailing the FIR No. 128 of 2021 dated 2.7.2021 of ECO Park Police Station, North 24 Parganas giving rise to C.Case No. 944 of 2021.
Learned advocates for the petitioners submitted that after investigation, police have submitted charge sheet in this case on 13.11.2021 and the petitioners would not like to proceed with this revisional application seeking quashing of the FIR only. Heard learned advocates for the State.
It is submitted that at the time of filing of this application on 16.3.2022, charge sheet in the case was already submitted.
Considered the submissions.
Since the petitioners do not want to proceed with this application, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
