The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the Haldia Women Police Station in respect of a FIR 78/21 dated 27th August, 2021.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 6th April, 2022 issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Durgachak Police Station, Purba Medinipur addressed to the learned State Advocate and the same is taken on record. 3.

It appears that investigation has been completed and charge sheet being Haldia Women Police Station Charge Sheet No.89/21 dated 23rd October, 2021 has been filed under the IPC and DP Act. 4.

In so far as the custody of the minor child is concerned, the petitioner may approach the authorities under the concerned Statute for custody and/or visitation rights.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been called in the present writ petition, all allegations contained therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties. 8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
