The petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Professor in English in response to advertisement no. 01/2018. He was not successful in the selection process. He filed an application under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 seeking certain information. His query nos. 1 and 6 were answered. With regard to queries no. 2, 3 and 5, it was intimated to the petitioner that since the issues are pending before this Court, no information could be given.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by such communication, he may prefer a statutory appeal in terms of the Right to Information Act, 2005. If such appeal is preferred, the relevant authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 5052 of 2023 is disposed of.
