In this matter the petitioner submits that a decision may be taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

Considering the submission I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to hear out the matter after giving an opportunity to the petitioner by four months from date and to pass a reasoned order after two weeks thereafter.

However, this order will not prevent the authorities to grant provisional pension to the petitioner as he is going to retire very soon.

With the aforesaid direction, this matter stands disposed of.
