Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that here mistakenly the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda has been made party in the array of the respondents. He submits that in place of 'Malda' the word 'Birbhum' should have been written. He prays for liberty to make necessary correction.
Mr. Jayanta Samanta, learned advocate for the State did not raise any objection.
In such sequence of the fact, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make necessary correction in course of this day.
The issue involved in this writ petition is pending for final decision before the Hon'ble Special Bench of this Court. The judgement of that matter has not yet
been delivered. In view thereof, let the matter go out of list.
The petitioner is directed to serve amended writ petition upon the District Inspector of Schools, Birbhum.
Liberty to mention for inclusion in the list upon notice to the learned advocate appearing for the respondents.
