Petitioner has filed this criminal revision under Section 401 and 482 of the Cr. P.C. in connection with the misc. case no. 88 of 2013 dated 29th May, 2014 passed by the learned Magistrate, Arambagh Sub-division, Hooghly.

It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in the instant case since the case is pending from 2017.

Accordingly, CRR 612 of 2017 is, thus dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
