The further report in the form of an affidavit on behalf of the respondents in terms of the direction given on 26th April, 2022 filed in Court is taken on record. After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, including two reports filed on behalf of the State respondents, I dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to conclude the selection process for filling up the vacancies declared under the subject advertisement within six months from date, since the same is pending from 2017.

The parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order without insisting upon production of certified copy thereof.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of

necessary formalities.
