Mr. Lal Ratan Mondal Mr. Sk. Kiran ..for the petitioner Affidavit of service filed in court today be kept on record.

The petitioner alleges that though she retired from the service on 30.04.2012, she has not received any pension till date. Though one P.P.O. has been issued no mentioning of pension is there.

I direct the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance to hold a meeting with the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order thereafter. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks after the date of hearing.

With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
