Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the grant of such order, the private opposite parties threatened the petitioner.

Apparently, there was an incident of assault where, four persons suffered injuries. None of the injuries were classified as grievous hurt.

Jurisdictional Court granted anticipatory bail to the private opposite parities on the finding that the materials in the case diary do not suggest requirement of custodial interrogation of the private opposite parties. We do not find any infirmity in such finding of the learned trial Judge.

So far as the subsequent treat is concerned, apparently, police registered a case which culminating in a proceeding under Sections 107/116(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Police reports that there is no further altercation at the locality.

In such circumstances, we find no merits in the present application.

CRM (DB) 661 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
