The petitioner intends to know the marks obtained by him in the interview held by Purba Medinipur District Primary School Council with regard to appointment of School teachers in the recruitment process of the year 2009.

It appears from the instruction that has been forwarded by the State Public Information Officer and the Assistant Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) dated 6th April, 2022 that the petitioner scored 2.67 marks in the interview and marks

obtained in the OMR is 12. The grand total of the petitioner is 27.32. The marks obtained by the last empanelled candidate is 31.17.

With the aforesaid information the prayers sought for by the petitioner in the instant case appears to have been answered. No further order is required to be passed in the instant case.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The instruction given by the State Public Information Officer and the Assistant Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) dated 6th April, 2022 be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
