No. 29 CHC Rejected C.R.M.(A) 969 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Kandi Police Station Case No.454 of 2022 dated 15.08.2022 under Sections 448, 286, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 5 of the E. S. Act.

And In the matter of: Delbar Sk @ Dilbar Sk. & ors. ...... petitioners Mr. Sanjib Seth ....for the petitioners Mr. Swapan Banerjee, Ms. Purnima Ghosh ...for the State Mr. Manas Kumar Das, Mr. Aritra Kumar Thokdar ...for the de facto complainant Apparently, explosive devices were used in the incident of assault when persons received grievous hurt.

Petitioners stand implicated in the incident of assault. In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners in the incident we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. CRM (A) 969 of 2023 is rejected.
