Mr. Dibyendu Chatterjee Ms. Jhuma Chakraborty Ms. Piyali Paul ......For the petitioners Mr. Shamim-ul Bari ......For the State The writ petitioners claim to have discharged their duties as Prakalpa Sahayak and/or Motivator under the Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasansthan Prakalpa Scheme introduced by the Government of West Bengal. They submit that they have been functioning both in urban and rural areas under the aforesaid scheme as Sahayak and/or Motivator. They claim that they have been claiming remuneration for a substantial period of time. Repeated representations in this regard evoked no response from the respondents.

Last of such representation was dated 21st August, 2019.

In these circumstances, the Principal Secretary, Department of Self-Help Group, State of West Bengal, Writers' Buildings, Kolkata - 700 001, is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioners dated 21st August, 2019 and dispose of the same by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

The said order passed by the Prinicipal Secretary above shall be communicated to the petitioners within 15 days thereof.

The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
