SG WPA 4058 of 2020 Haran Ali Molla -versus- The State of West Bengal and others At the very outset, the last paragraph of the order dated January 15, 2021 be corrected to the following effect:

"It is made clear that if the petitioner remains unrepresented on the next date, it may be presumed that he is not interested to proceed with the writ application."

On earlier two occasions, that is, December 16, 2020 and January 15, 2021 the petitioner remained unrepresented. Even the State-respondents are not represented, no affidavit of service has been filed by the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 4058 of 2020 stands dismissed as not pressed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
