Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has pointed out to a typographical mistake of this Court's order dated January 9, 2025, which may be corrected in the following manner:- i) In the 3rd paragraph of this Court's order dated January 9, 2025 in WPA 4061 of 2020 the words "June 30, 2011" shall be substituted with "March 13, 2011".

ii) Let this correction be considered as incorporated in the order of this Court's order dated January 9, 2025 in WPA 4061 of 2020.

This order be read as part and parcel of this Court's earlier order dated January 9, 2025. The rest portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
