The police report is taken on record. It appears that the respondent nos. 5 & 6 frequently abused the petitioners and misbehaved with them. On receipt of the complaint of the petitioners, the police authorities enquired into the matter. As the dispute was with regard to property, the information was entered in the General Diary. The respondent nos. 5 & 6 were cautioned by the police authorities and prosecution under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. was submitted against them.

Under such circumstances, as the police authorities had already apprehended breach of peace, this court directs that in order to protect the senior citizens, a continuous vigil must be

maintained so that the petitioners are neither harassed nor threatened in any way.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
