2. In the 9th line of paragraph 2 on the first page of the said order, the expression "revised gratuity and" shall stand deleted.

3. In the 6th line of paragraph 2 on the second page of the said order, the expression "revised gratuity and" shall also stand deleted.

4. In the 7th line of paragraph 2 on the second page of the said order, the expression "retirement of the petitioner" shall stand corrected and be read as "retirement of the deceased employee".

5. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 16.05.2024.

6. The other parts of the order dated 16.05.2024 shall remain unaltered.

7. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
