Ct. No.17 District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipur, the petitioner was under aged by some days.

Therefore, he did not have the qualification to participate in the said selection process.

Subsequently when in the year 2009 a new advertisement was published, he did not file any application for appearing in the said recruitment process and, therefore, he is harping on the point of his filing application against 2006 recruitment process which was subsequently cancelled. The petitioner wants to take advantage of recruitment process which has been dealt with by the Commissioner of School Education by his order dated 09.02.2023 holding that his age was 17 years 11 months and 25 days which is short of the lower age

limit.

Therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
