1. Petitioner is in custody for 227 days. He submits he has been falsely implicated in the case. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was apprehended with 396 pieces of Fake Indian Currency Notes while traveling down a road.

4. In view of the incriminating materials on record and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
