2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the intra-court appeal with liberty to mention the matter before the learned Single Judge having determination where WPA 4735 of 2026 is pending.

3. Liberty is reserved to mention the matter before the learned Single Judge because the learned counsel for the appellant informed that his prayer for interim relief is pending in the said writ petition.
