He further submits that the subject document stated to be forged is subject matter of pending criminal proceedings.

Let the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Contai, with the due approval and concurrence of the learned District Judge, Purba Medinipur submit a report to this Court as regards the steps taken to trace out the document and the result thereof.

The learned District Judge, Purba Medinipur shall suggest any alternative

measure to remedy the grievance of the applicant.

A copy of the contempt application, writ petition, and all orders passed by this Court may be forwarded to the learned District Judge, Purba Medinipur by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Let the report as directed hereinabove, be filed on or before March 31, 2021.
