(Through Video Conference) gd/ssd Mr. Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, Ms. Saheli Mukherjee ..for the State In this petition the petitioners have raised the grievance that the private respondent i.e. the Secretary of the Managing Committee of the Char Moktarpur Modern High Madrasah is not providing proper midday-meal in the Madrasah and he is misappropriating the money meant for the mid-day-meal. Further allegation is made that he has not paid full money for school dress and others to the students and has misappropriated the amount in this regard.

Record reflects that the petitioners have already submitted representation dated 07.04.2017 to the respondent no.4/ Block Development Officer.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there is no objection in considering the petitioners'

representation within a time bound period.

This petition was filed in the year 2018 and almost three years have passed and no one has come forward to prosecute the petition.

In the above circumstances, we dispose of the

present petition directing the respondent no.4 to consider the grievance of the petitioners raised in the representation dated 07.04.2017 and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to forward a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition to the respondent no.4 without any delay. (Prakash Shrivastava, C.J.) (Rajarshi Bharadwaj, J.)
