Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to surrender before the jurisdictional court within a period of two weeks wherein warrant of arrest was issued on or about December 2017. Md. Kutubuddin, learned advocate for the State is present.

Having regard to the prayer so advanced, I direct that in case, the petitioner surrenders by 20.06.2022 before the jurisdictional court, in that case, the learned court will consider the application for bail of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 566 of 2021 is disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
