SA-444 of 2009 29.03.2023 Item no.4 Court No.50 Ms Anandamoyi Ghosh, Learned Advocate appears for the appellants. She submits that computer record is still showing Mr Sudhakar Biswas as the Learned Advocate-On-Record for the appellant but the fact according to her is that she and Mr Debasis Ghosh, Learned Advocate entered appearance for the substituted appellant nos.1(a)-1(e) on 31.07.2014 who were substituted as legal heirs in place and stead of the deceased sole appellant vide the Hon'ble Court's order dated 25.04.2016 concerning CAN 7757 of 2014 in SA-444 of 2009.

The department is directed to take necessary steps in accordance with law as per the submission made by the Learned Advocate for the appellants.

Perused the office report dated 28.03.2023, the Lawazima Court's order dated 15.02.2023.

The Learned District Judge, Paschim Midnapore is requested to see that the said order passed by the Lawazima Court must be complied by the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dantan so that the complete L.C.R in connection with T.S-215/1985 be retransmitted to this Hon'ble Court preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order alongwith communication from the department.
